3/10 throwback to my another post-show binge. Tried this 日本過江龍 a few years ago and that was ok. But this time it is really HORRIBLE and just do not go again. The texture of the unagi was unacceptably soft, without any tenderness. The skin was not crispy, sauce was no special. Not to mention the tempura unagi, same meat texture and deep frying didn't save it at all. They specialised in making unagi, but sorry, the char siu udon was better among the food we ordered, but still nothing special and a
