It was my second visit to Noodle Noodle. My experience first time was very impressive as their fish noodles and fish udon were very special and yummy and prices were not expensive at all. I was in Mongkok and wanted to buy some takeaways home for afternoon tea. They still had the same afternoon tea sets as those a few months ago and prices looked more or less the same. 麻辣牛肉泡菜拌魚烏冬 was still warm when I started to eat about 45 min later. The fish udon, with 50% being made of fish, was really reasonably al dente as usual. There were 4 slices of beef which were so well seasoned and crispy with some add-ons! They were so appetising. The Korean-style pickled cabbages were quite good too. The overall level of spiciness of the whole thing was quite appropriate and made it so appetising! To my surprise, the fish udon was dressed by my favourite Japanese-style sesame dressing! Yummy!

蟹肉拌魚烏冬 seemed slightly bigger than the other fish udon. It was still warm when eaten. The fish udon was super well seasoned by my favourite Japanese sesame dressing. The addition of crab roes made every bite of udon so crispy. There were quite a lot of nice crab meat on top!

We topped up the original set by $10 to get fish noodles. The fish noodles were very special. As the amount of fish was as high as 70% compared with 50% for fish udon, they were so elastic just like eating fish balls! It was so interesting and I would really recommend trying. The fish soup was so clear and reasonably rich in fish that we finished all the soup. There were three white fish balls and fish rolls which were really quite elastic. There were two types of fish rolls - one was fish and the other of cuttlefish. If we had dined in to eat them with the homemade spicy sauce, I am sure they would have tasted even better!

I remembered that they had the best 魚皮餃子 I had ever tried. The wrapping was crispy! The stuffing was loaded with fresh 韭菜. Again I wish there was their homemade spicy sauce to eat with the 魚皮餃子.

Without upgrade, the normal udon was actually quite good already because they were super thin and smooth! It was so considerate of them to serve the soup separately so that we could add when we were about to eat. The soup was still pretty warm when I had brought it home. There were 3 chicken wings served separately from the udon.

I topped up one afternoon tea set at $8 to get this 魚肉春卷. Portion was quite big given the price. It was nicely done with crispy and super thin wrappings.

I topped up one set by $22 to get this special drink. Surprisingly it was still in good shape after I had brought it home. There were a few pieces of fresh strawberry slices on top! It was not too sweet at all and tasted pretty natural.

Hot milk tea and hot coffee were included in their afternoon tea sets for free.
My advice for eating takeaways: 拌魚烏冬 was the best choice while the soup noodles should better be soaked in the fish soup longer. And don't forget to ask for some takeaway homemade spicy sauce! Afternoon tea sets were great value for money. For takeaways, they charged $3 more for each afternoon tea set. Overall per head charge was only $60.
