If you are looking for an elegant Taiwanese cafe with decent desserts such as waffle at causeway bay or Tsim Sha tsui , Dazzling Cafe is definitely one of the spot you should check out! This dessert was apparently very tempting! And it tasted enticing too! The Mochi in between added texture to the waffle that gave me pleasure chewing! The waffle was crispy in outer layer and soft in the middle! The ice cream melted quickly though~
Overall this dessert was well executed!
