內餡為滿滿的自家製新鮮紫薯蓉和麻糬，口感煙韌。表面再撒上紫薯粉加強口味，整個麵包都充斥濃厚的紫薯味道。

the mochi was inconspicuous and there were loads of mashed sweet potatoes which made it a bit sugary and less natural. the bread was a little bit dry,, not those texture i would die for, so it's not recommended by me.
