Fukuro, situated in the heart of soho, is a restaurant which only allows walk-in. This dish is fair - just normal spinach with some sweet white sesame puree 👌🏽
Grilled Scallop $158
Super nice✨ The cook preserved a small fire beneath the shell to keep the dish warm, the oyster butter is creamy and with the herbs added inside, the sauce tastes very well with the well-cooked scallops 🦪
Beef Kalbi $338
The beef is being slow-cooked so it did not lose the juice. It mixed very well with the miso bisque and was a bit sweet. The potato slice is crispy as well. 🥩
