After their closure in Tai Hang, they have reopened in CWB sharing the kitchen with Little Bao! As a big fan of their fries, I couldn’t wait to visit ❤️ And of course you can’t miss the beer, they are actually the restaurant opened by the Young Master! I love basically all beer and do ask them for recommendation! Everyone’s favourite fries🍟 It’s like shake shake fries with cumin powder. The spicy level is quite high and that’s just perfect for pairing with chilled beer! The fries itself was crispy on the outside while starchy inside which was what I preferred too👍🏼

The chicken was flawlessly fried to stay succulent and tender😛 It came with Nam Yu Mayo Dip that actually went well with the fries too!

I like the fusion here. Chicken liver parfait on toast with salted lemon jelly! So smart for such combo. The two were perfect match that the salted lemon ease its fattiness😋

Just a side track, I only realised this meal was all about chicken when I type this post 😂 It was chicken pot sauce mixed with buffalo wing with some extra blue cheese. A wild trial that worked. You could taste all three elements in a harmonious way🤩

I didn’t really taste the fermented beancurd but the flavour was ok. Didn’t quite like the side vegetable too and the sauce plus egg were too watery. Guess I prefer the traditional way when it’s pasta🍝

A MUST GET! It was bomb like delicious🤯 Great coconut flavour in moist toast topped with beer syrup! We heard it sold out quick so do order it early!
