We were looking for an oriental restaurant without a queue on Sunday, ending up seeing this restaurant with plenty of empty seats, we just went in.Staff were pretty laid back. Not much service was provided throughout the dining experience even when walking in. We ordered pan fried dumplings, shenjian mantou, xiao long bao and veggies and pork shreds stir fry rice cake. Pan fried dumplings were literally big pockets of soup. Even juicier than xiao long bao. Crispy bottom with meaty stuffing. Wrap

Pan fried dumplings were literally big pockets of soup. Even juicier than xiao long bao. Crispy bottom with meaty stuffing. Wrapper was slight thick but acceptable.
Shenjian mantou again had a crispy bottom. Not as juicy as dumplings but still locked all the goodness inside. Dough was still thin which didnt taste heavy at all.
Xiao long bao was alright. Wrapper was neither too thin nor too thick that just held the meaty filling just right. Even using the chopstick to hold the tip of the xiao long bao, it held the stuffing perfectly without a leak. Combining with the shredded ginger vinegar, it was delicious.
Veggies and pork shreds stir fry rice cake was the most disappointing dish. It was heavily sauced and way too salty. It was uneatable. We just had two bites and that's it. Rice cake itself was pretty tender while visually loaded with cabbages and shredded pork. Other than that, it was heavily seasoned.
Overall, it wasn't a bad dining experience but only if you have no expectations.
