This one particular stuff at the western branch was so rude to us. She accused us of cutting the queue when all we did was waiting patiently in line but they were so crowded that customers couldn’t even line up one by one. After we got our drinks, we intended to go upstairs to check out the view given that one of their main differentiations from other coffee shops is their location by the sea, she impatiently interrupted and shouted to us that upstairs is already full. 0 for service!!! Do better
