Went here randomly and as there were not much options on the menu I decided to go for the Sichuan fish poached in Chili oil.I wanted to get the fried rice with Sichuan beef but it was risky because fried rices in HK have this weird oily smell. Started with a Chinese soup which was really good because the pork that they put in was really fresh.Next came the nightmare, it didn't even look like Sichuan fish and the fish they used is not the typical fish that they use which is silky and smooth.Secon
Weirdly, there were pieces of shiitake mushrooms and beanshoots in it as well.
The worst part was the rice, it was not even cooked that it was quite crunchy I thought I was chewing on fish bone!
