After being seated, we placed our first order at around 11:15am. By noon about two thirds of our dishes have not arrived yet. After asking the waiter to check on our order again at 12:30pm we were told they do not use the computer for all you can eat and thus they did not know the status of our missing dishes, or whether an order had been placed for them. We were told to place an order for the missing dishes a second time, and we did.
At 1:15pm which was past the original time alooted for the seating, we were still missing 2 of the dozen or so dishes we ordered. We decided to get the bill and leave soon after.
The fault was with the ordering system. Many of the waiters were apologetic but clearly overworked. In my honest opinion the slightly lower price was not worth the wait or frustration for customers with normal appetites.
