Finally visited this 2-Michelin Starred Chinese restaurant! Food was high quality and worth the price point!Pic 1️⃣: 紅菜松露鮮菌石榴球 / Mushroom dumpling with black truffle and beetroot - $78 hkd 🥟 — Almost too cute to eat! These vegetarian dumplings had a nice texture to them, with the beetroot and mushrooms giving it a slight crunch and chew. — These were fresh out of the oven and served at the perfect temperature to your table. The buns were so soft and the char siu filling was so tasty. The pineapple topping wasn’t overly sweet and balanced out the savouriness of the filling well.
Pic 3️⃣: 生炒臘味糯米飯 / Fried Glutinous Rice with Chinese Sausages, Dried Shrimp & Conpoy - $100 hkd per person 🍚
— This was SO good. Stir-fried to a dry finish, the rice still had the perfect amount of moisture to it. It was perfectly flavoured and the Chinese sausages gave the rice a very fragrant touch.

— Probably the best 腸粉 I’ve had in a while! The wagyu beef was so tender and flavourful, paired alongside the water chestnut it was simply perfect. This does get a bit heavy due to the fat coming from the wagyu, which makes it a great sharing dish.
Pic 5️⃣: 荔茸燒鴨藏珍盒 / Taro puff with duck, pork, chicken and black mushroom - $78 hkd
— Filling was flavourful, but duck was overly pungent and masked the other flavours. I also thought the puff was slightly undercooked and doughy on the inside.
Pic 6️⃣: 蒜香帶子菜苗餃 / Scallop dumpling with shrimp, pork, spinach and garlic - $87 hkd
— A generous amount of scallop in this and the dumpling itself had a nice garlic aroma without it being too overpowering.
📍Ambiance: Grand, elegant interior. Staff are so polite and friendly.
