由泰國回來後一直都在尋找香港有水準的泰菜。上網看見這間既有不少好評環境又舒適,便訂位試試。這餐廳位於波鞋街重建項目一帶,價錢並非十分平民化,但每碟菜的份量都充足,算物有所值我們今次點了一個二人套餐,有頭盤,伴菜,主食和飲品。我們點了:鹹蛋黃青木瓜沙律,頭盤大蝦冬蔭公(小),伴菜:油酥手抓薄餅和泰式肥豆兒醬炒白菜苗,主食:泰式大蝦炒金邊粉和燒菠蘿蟹肉炒飯,飲品:一杯為泰象青檸梳打和一杯+$20轉為蝶豆花青檸茶。鹹蛋黃青木瓜沙律:酸酸的,十分開胃Salted egg yolk green papaya salad: A very appetising starter with a bit of sour taste大蝦冬蔭公(小):十分足料,材料有西芹,草菇,芫荽,蕃茄,大蝦,青檸,香茅,南薑,椰漿和指天椒等和正宗的冬蔭公材料一樣,味道更是有水準,沒有出現過鹹過辣但沒有香味的情況,一喝下就可以喝到椰獎,香茅,青檸和西芹味,酸酸辣辣,十分開胃,而目份量大,二人各分得四碗才喝完。Tom Yum Kung (Small): Lots of ingredients used, including

Tom Yum Kung (Small): Lots of ingredients used, including celery, straw mushrooms, coriander, tomatoes, prawns, lime, lemongrass, galangal, coconut milk, and red pepper, which is a traditional Thai Tom Yum Kung. Very tasty, neither too spicy nor too salty. Savory with a strong taste of coconut milk, lemongrass, lime, and celery. It's huge and could be divided into approximately 4 bowls.

Roti paratha: This roti paratha is sauted with pepper and therefore having a little bit of spicy taste. Perfect match with Tom Yum Kung.
Many restaurants serve roti paratha without any condiment, much effort is placed in this dish possibly.

Crab meat & pineapple fried rice: Juicy pineapple, fresh crab meat. The fried rice is full of the taste of crab meat, wonderful.
Unfortunately, the rice is a bit dry.

餐廳環境十分開揚,配上綠色草裝飾和藍色的牆,感覺十分舒適,再加上二人竟預留四人枱給我們,慢慢享用不成問題。
Great renovation and atmosphere with artificial grass on blue walls. It's a comfortable dining place but there is still room for improvement. It would be better if the dishes are served one by one in an orderly manner so as to ensure the dishes are served at the right temperature.
可改善的地方:菜上得太快,到要吃的時候較冷,並未能在熱呼呼的時候吃到。
