Talking about Brim 28 in my last review (in Chinese, sorry), another place that I tried in the same area is this Greek fast food shop. As claimed by the restaurant it is the first authentic Greek food place in Hong Kong (yeah I think there are plenty of eateries offering Mediterranean food, with your usual Greek Salads and stuff, but purely Greek food I'm not quite sure.) The dining area has some 20 seats, but since they're all semi-outdoor so it's pretty chilly sitting there now in winter! This

Souvlaki-Pita / Greek Salad + a choice of Mezedes / Dessert + Soft Drink / Mineral Water
is a better deal.
My choice is Souvlaki-Pita (chicken) + Tzatziki + Mineral Water.
The Souvlaki-Pita is really huge I can tell you! The chicken, tomato slices, onions and lettuce are wrapped inside a thick hearty Greek Pita, and there are French fries as well! I first thought the French fries idea was weird but later when I Googled it out I found that Greek Souvlaki-Pitas actually have fried potatoes in them! The grilled chicken bits, done well with a Greek recipe and Greek herbs, are tender and juicy, and there is some kind of sauce (said to be chosen between amongst Tzatziki and Mustard Sauce but I wasn't given the choice, I think it's Tzatziki in retrospect, read on for more about this sauce).
Before I move on to the Tzatziki (the Mezedes - OK it's not Mercedes) I am alreday full with the Souvlaki-Pita.
No cheating, everything here comes from Greece - even my bottle of mineral water!
This place is worth a try if you want a taste of Greece right here in Hong Kong without having to travel!
