Bookmarked Bifteck since it first opened but haven’t had the chance to eat out much due to the pandemic. Now that the borders are opened, I think it’s really the time to support local restaurants as people rush out of HK 🌃 Went for this great-value dinner tasting menu wity wine pairing with my good friend.I really love these 2 platters featuring wagyu beef and seafood done in various creative ways. The best ones are the pan-fried beef tongue, A5 wagyu beef carpaccio and slow cooked beef tongue!

I really love these 2 platters featuring wagyu beef and seafood done in various creative ways. The best ones are the pan-fried beef tongue, A5 wagyu beef carpaccio and slow cooked beef tongue! The meat was very tender and juicy and the seasoning was lovely.
We got 2 different risottos so we got to try both! Both had very complex and rich flavors, and they were really generous in their portions and ingredients.
The main courses were pretty good too. You can see the lovely marbling of the Australian Full Blood Wagyu in the picture and it tasted absolutely amazing! The grilled French Chllans duck is lean but tender, and the meat would literally melt in the mouth and you could enjoy a burst of its rich flavors.
Last but not least, we enjoyed the famous “Strawberry Garden” which consisted of a great mix of matcha, strawberries and a secret juice that you need to try to find out!😆
The wine pairing was priced at $288 for 3 glasses and $380 for 4 glasses. No reason not to go for it!
