- Best dish of the evening. Risotto is delicious 😋 French Pigeon adds some meaty flavour to the meal.
Ginger Poached Pear
- We loved the combo of ginger and pear. Crab is traditionally classified as cooling food in Chinese and ginger helps to counter the cooling effect. Some might say ginger flavour could be stronger but it's fine for me.
They have some excellent wine too so it's a no-brainer to go for their wine pairing (HKD380 per head) which gives you a glass of wine for each dish before dessert 🍷
