4 of us happily went and dine at shore to celebrate my fd's birthday , but it turned out to be a not so happy experience. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm, find only a few tables of customers there( on Saturday night?!?) and I asked the caucasian lady staff for a drink menu while awaiting all the friends to arrived , another caucasian male staff "DROP" the menus in front of me and immediately asked me what bottle I would like to order, I then asked him to give me a few minutes to read the

4 of us happily went and dine at shore to celebrate my fd's birthday , but it turned out to be a not so happy experience. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm, find only a few tables of customers there( on Saturday night?!?) and I asked the caucasian lady staff for a drink menu while awaiting all the friends to arrived , another caucasian male staff "DROP" the menus in front of me and immediately asked me what bottle I would like to order, I then asked him to give me a few minutes to read the menu , he then flew away. Decided to try their "signature cocktail" while awaiting, I waved for 5mins and the lady finally came back and I then ask her about their  signature cocktail wondering if she can recommend something for me, her replied is "I can tell you what's in it, but I don't know how it taste",  (like I can't read? )so I stick to the vodka tonic, all my friends arrived and no one bother to give us more menu, we have to share the one set which I have got previously. we want champagne to celebrate,we asked why there is 2 different prices (regular price and discount price ,the male staff shamelessly told us "I don't know" and just stand there as if nothing happened ,we need to urge him to go and ask, came back and told us , just look at the regular price will do....the rest I don't know? We ordered a bottle of VCB , the guy came back to told us they ran out of it ," how about Drappier? " No Drappier, No bubbles? The male staff just throw "maybe its not your champagne nite" at us. (what??????) my fd went to the wine cellar and found Louis Roederer (champagne) ..... The staff didn't even cared whether it is chilled enough already pour the champagne turned out to be room temperature , we asked the staff and our feedback is maybe next bottle will be cooler.....(seriously ?????😡😡😡😡) we complained to the Caucasian lady staff that the crabs in our seafood platter is totally like chewing wood (either it is over cooked  or frozen for too long) she just looked at us "oh..." That's it. The dry aged cowboy rib eye with bone,  I have tried something better, the beetroot salad is tasteless, the penna cotta is like a hardened jelly...... Total price is $3500 .  Well, I won't come again...
