Okumidori is more bitter. Umonji has a stronger sea/seaweed flavor. Ikuyo-no-mukashi is lighter. Tenko and Tsukikage are more well balanced but Tsukikage is more full bodied. Since Tsukikage is also seasonally limited, I decided to try it as their Usucha. For cakes, I decided to have their lighter flavor one - Gemaicha Tofu Mousse Cake.
The food and drink came. Tsukikage was really rich and the flavors eg. bitterness/sea flavor were all quite prominent.
The mousse cake was also great. The flavor was very light and the germaicha filling inside was a great match with the matcha.
