For the assorted Sashimi, we had Seasonal Tri-color Sashimi Platter: Salmon, Snapper and Shrimp.
Look at this, the sashimi Salmons are thick in cut, which are fully mouthful feel. Snapper also tasted very fresh and juicy.
For the Yakimono part, we chose Roasted Sole Fillet, Charcoal-roasted Pork Cheeks and Roasted Squid. The fillet tasted slightly salty to me (perhaps the herbs tasted too strong?), could apply less herbs if possible. Pork cheeks tasted really savory with the special sauce. Squid also tasted soft and very strong in taste of the sauce.
For Tempura, we selected: 1. Assorted Tempura Platter (includes: Shrimp Tempura, Pumpkin Tempura x, Sweet Potato Tempura and Fish Tempura). Personally I like the Shrimp Tempura the most. Hot enough and very fresh + juicy! 2. Deep Fried Potato & Pumpkin Cake, they’re very full starch foods indeed, after eating them, you would def. have full belly. 3. Chicken with Special Recipe, quite an oily choice, not gonna choose next time. Too much fats and oil inside…
Signature Bubbles Sushi
(Thumb up!) They looked very tiny as expected. A little suggestion to the Chefs: since the ‘bubble sushi’ is in round shape, which makes it cannot ‘stand’ properly on the plate. It resulted in rolling around and fell when waiter served the dish. Chefs perhaps have to think about how to make them ‘stand’ (for example use little bit wasabi to fix them on the plate). Dessert: Japanese Michi Ice, very soft and sticky. The ice-cream inside tasted really good and met softly. Esp. the coffee flavor. Very lovely.
The overall environment here is comfy, foods are nice and service is good! We’d def. return again and go for the Bubble sushi! Keep good work going!張貼
