finally hv the time to go to this one after it moved to Knotsford3 person, 1:30pmonly 3 tables on Sunday, cannot compare witht hte days at Silvercordsince 茶錢每位 $12, quite expensive, it's cheaper to order lunch set - $48 as it will waive 茶錢 for one person for each set ordered. Dim sum: half price but cant remember what dim sum we have ordered1. tea: 人參烏龍, it's always ok2. lunch set: 冷盤+小菜+rice/ noodle:- 冷盤 : 雞絲粉皮 - really small, taste ok la- 小菜: 回窩肉 - standard size, pork or not exactly 腩肉 & no 豆

1. tea: 人參烏龍, it's always ok
2. lunch set: 冷盤+小菜+rice/ noodle:
- 冷盤 : 雞絲粉皮 - really small, taste ok la
- 小菜: 回窩肉 - standard size, pork or not exactly 腩肉 & no 豆腐干, taste ok
- rice/ noodle: 菜飯 - so so
3. 排骨炒麵
- 排骨: not good & but a lot
- 炒麵: taste ok
4. dessert: reb bean pudding (cold) ok
more ppl coming after 2:30pm
environment is good & not noisy. it's good sitting by the window & feel relax
