Homemade fish ball in Sai Wan. The fish balls are a bit too salty but acceptable, compensated by the lightly flavored broth. Their style is more of the strong fish taste with tiny bones, and the texture is slightly bouncy. Noodles are served hot and crispy but softens very quickly in the hot soup. Also a bit overpriced compared to other noodle stalls.
