We go here quite often because it is one of the only few places to have good Vietnamese food in Hong Kong. A decent restaurant charging reasonable price. Can enjoy various dishes other than just pho and summer rolls. Last night four of us shared two phos and three other dishes.Stuffed with minced pork, shrimps, Chinese fungus, Vietnamese salami. Delicious.Would prefer it more charred. Yet the pork was nicely seasoned with lemon grass so in general it’s still good.Similar to the Hong Kong style s

Similar to the Hong Kong style stir fry, they added Vietnamese lotus roots. Other things like the Chinese chives were young and fresh. Excellent.
