We had a walk along riverside while we visit Science Park. We miss the bike riding in the old days, so we had a walk near the bicycle lane of Tolo (where you can bike from Sha Tin to Tai Po) Another couple friend came to meet us, so we decided to go to Ron's Kitchen since we saw the big red signage along the riverside. We picked a table at the patio. Outdoor is indeed comfortable for this season. Grilled Pig Knuckle is my best favourite in general. Chunchy pork skin with very juicy of the meat.

16oz steak is giantic piece of a board. We thought we could not finish, but we could finish all in the end because it is very delicious with medium rare. Baked potatoes are very soft and sweet. Grill chicken is very tendered though I find it abit salty for skin.
Last but not least, this restaurant has their own home-made cakes, then my friends picked a cheese cake. Cake is very fluffy and tastes good as well as other dishes.
Overall, we enjoy this peaceful dinner place alot.
題外話/補充資料：
In fact it is very easy to access to Science Park by mini van 27 from Sha Tin MTR Station. This is totally out of my expectation to Science Park.
