Green Waffle Diner is a restaurant located in Central (pass the bridge next to Tai Kwun) that offers a variety of delicious food and drinks.Let's start with their dinner set. We ordered the Baramundi with Italian Grilled Crudites, which is a beautifully presented dish with tender, perfectly cooked fish paired with grilled vegetables that have a fresh taste. Let's start with their dinner set.
We ordered the Baramundi with Italian Grilled Crudites, which is a beautifully presented dish with tender, perfectly cooked fish paired with grilled vegetables that have a fresh taste. 
The Home fries are also well-cooked and crispy, making for a delicious snack. The Daily Salad is fresh and abundant, making it a great healthy option. The Filter Coffee is rich in flavor and pairs well with dessert.
Finally, the Strawberry rhubarb compote Waffle with green tea ice cream is the perfect ending. The combination of strawberries and rhubarb is unique and refreshing, and the green tea ice cream adds a nice touch.
We also ordered the Roasted cajun chicken and egg waffle. The crispy, golden-brown waffle is made with a savory batter that complements the spicy cajun seasoning on the roasted chicken. The egg adds a nice touch of creaminess, while the maple syrup drizzled over the dish creates a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors.
In addition to their food, we saw that they also offers a VIP membership program enjoying a 10% discount on their next visit. Also, Green Waffle Diner is open until 3am!! Making it a great choice for night owls and those who work late. Additionally, their filter coffee is refillable, allowing customers to savor the delightful taste of coffee to their heart's content!
