In every Asian Cuisine, you will find beef noodles, be it Pho, Taiwanese Beef Noodles and Chiu Chow noodles.I have already tried the meat balls at Chiu Ball in TST so this time I went for the Beef Noodles.I got the tripe, beef brisket and tendons which were so satisfying because everything was so soft and full of flavour.The yellow chili in the jar was fantastic and I always add a tiny dollop to my noodles to spice it up.The noodles were so comforting as the broth was strong however the flat ric

I got the tripe, beef brisket and tendons which were so satisfying because everything was so soft and full of flavour.
The yellow chili in the jar was fantastic and I always add a tiny dollop to my noodles to spice it up.
The noodles were so comforting as the broth was strong however the flat rice noodles didn't quite absorb the broth so mixing it with preserved vegetables made it even better.
Next time I will add seaweed to it as the broth was so damn good, hence the seaweed will taste good!
