Self-claimed as “the King of Char-siu”, I did have certain expectations for their char-siu, especially for a char-siu lover like me 🤪Honestly their char-siu worth the price ($54) for lunch! The pork was not too fat nor too thin, adequate lipid content with nice honey sauce and slightly roasted crunchy skin (燶邊). Recommend their char-siu to all of you!However, my friends ordered their 豆腐火腩飯 and 黑椒豬軟骨煎蛋飯 and found them disappointing. These were too salty. So remember to make a wise choice 🤪
