The tahu was nice and substantial and I liked the way it was fried because it didn't shrivel up and the tofu in the middle was still nice and white. The lady said it was made with turmeric but I could only vaguely taste it.
Anyway, the fried tofu tasted better than Chinese ones.

Next was the Tempeh, and ever since I tried it at Ayam Penyet Ria I have wanted to get it again but it is expensive, but here it only costs $4.
Tempeh is fermented and it has an interesting sour taste with whole soy beans which is why I like it.
