Ex-colleagues called for gathering so I suggested Taste Restaurant and bar. As my first visit was satisfactory and there were interesting stuffs on the menu that I didn't tried last time. This time three of us who are all meat eaters, we ordered tea smoke chicken, goose meat in Chiu Chow style, prawn toast and veg with garlic. Another super satisfied meal.! Another super satisfied meal.! Chicken was Juicy and tender with a touch of smoky favour not too overpowering. The retro dish prawn toast was crunchy and surprisingly light on the palette, rather generous with ingredients as I can see the whole big prawn!
I am a big fan with Chiu Chow cuisine, and the goose meat is of high standard. My verdict is that the prawn toast was the highlight of the meal as we had ordered a second round!
There will definitely a third time of visit.
