[Big Snack Platter]

[Caesar Salad]
The lettuce was evenly coated with classic caesar dressing and cheese flakes while there was a piece of garlic bread on the side instead of the usual crunchy croutons. BUT I must say that this Tai O twist with crispy dried salted fish might not be for everyone…
[Seafood Spaghetti]
The shrimp paste sauce was a little too spicy for me so I didn’t get to give this dish a good try lol… I was still impressed that the portion and variety of seafood toppings was much more than expected with mussels, shrimp, squid and scallop though!

[Daily Pastry with Palmier]
We picked the classic napoleon from the pastry station run by @ninapatisseriehk, which had a light creamy custard filling and flaky outer layer. Their palmiers were equally impressive with a glossy caramelised coating - no wonder it’s their best-selling product!
[Cocktails]
We got to try out the limited-edition cocktails from the @hendricksginhongkong pop-up, which were both pleasing to the eye and taste buds. The ‘Touch the Bee’ one that I had was a sweet and soothing mixture of gin, honey, lemon and chamomile tea.
