Next, I indulged in the US hanger steak with French fries and mixed salad. The steak was cooked to my liking, tender and juicy, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The mixed salad was a refreshing accompaniment, adding a burst of freshness to the dish. The balance of flavors was impeccable, and the portion size was generous.
