Have been hearing so many great reveiws about this restaurant and I finally got the time to try it out...First off we ordered salad with mango, smoked salmon and tomoto. The salad dressing was sweet and sour, quite appetitizing...However, it was a bit on the sweeter side. The salad veggies were pretty fresh, but the salmon wasn't fresh at all. How disappointed!!!Then, they served us with the pork knuckle we ordered. Since it is their signature dish, we definitely expected it to be very delicious

Then, they served us with the pork knuckle we ordered. Since it is their signature dish, we definitely expected it to be very delicious. In terms of its taste and crispiness, it was pretty good. It was neither too salty nor too blank. The skin of pork knuckle was pretty crispy and the pork knuckle was quite tender. However, it wasn't hot enough. I believe it would taste much nicer if it was hot enough. The fries on the side were not hot enough as well.
Another disppointement arrived. The soft shell crab roll with cabbages was really cold. I felt like they just took it out from a freezer. The soft shell crab wasn't crispy at all and it tasted horrible.
After all these disappointment, we still had guts to order their banana pancake as a dessert. Pancake has always been one of my favourite desserts. The pancake was supposed to be soft and fluffy. However, they turned it into a hard pancake. It looked like they pre-made it and let it sit in the kitchen for a long time. The banana and vanilla ice-cream were only ok.
Although their food is reasonably cheap, I don't think i will come back again because of their poor food quality.
