We went to this shop at Causeway Bay last night at around 11:30pm and the experience was so unbelievably poor that I will never go again. We waited for about 5 mins before we got seated (which is fine), after we got settle down, I ordered some warm water and we went on to read the menu. We felt it was very hot in the restaurant and we suspected if there was any air conditioning at all. Some 5-10 mins later, no one served anything so we asked again for our warm water to a second waitress. Then a

Some 5-10 mins later, no one served anything so we asked again for our warm water to a second waitress. Then a waiter came with some icy water and we told him that we wanted WARM one.
The restaurant got hotter and hotter and there was no fresh air at all that one of us started to feel headache and difficulties to breath. Then we asked another waitress if the air con could be turned up and amusingly, she said "becuase the central air con of the shopping mall was TURNED OFF there would NOT be any air con anymore" - I looked at her with astonishment and she went on to say sorry then walked away.
Another waiter came by and we made our order. Then, the warm water (which was first asked for some 15 mins ago) finally arrived. However, as there was absolutely no fresh air, we started to feel dazzy and felt like we were going to faint. With no choice, we decided to leave immediately.
I am not sure how long this place has been operating under such a condition where there is no fresh air and the restaurant is full of people. I suspect if it is even legal to run a restaurant like this - customers could faint in the restaurant which is very dangerous as you could imagine.
I think they are simply risking the safety of customers, and, more importantly, the staff working in such an unacceptably risky environment.
