Having tried their unlimited steaks last time, I decided to come for their a la carte items and they were great as well. I tried their beer samples and it was quite a bargain for $100 to try all 5 during happy hour. For our main, we had Lobster Risotto and Sole Meuniere. The lobster risotto was al dente but I wished there was a bit more lobster in it. The sole was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

For desserts we had the Waffle Bomb Alaska and Apple Tartin. Both desserts were great but I would have preferred them to serve it separately. The problem was when they served both at once and both dishes have icecream on a hot dessert(the waffle and the apple tart), the ice-cream melted quite quickly and the waffle became a bit soggy(we ate the apple tart first)

For the waffle bomb, despite all the toppings and the icecream in the middle, it was not too sweet. Had it been served separately so we could have ate it immediately, it would have been a great dessert.

The apple tart may not look as impressive but it was definitely my favored dessert. As we ate it first, the tart crust was still crispy and the tartness of the apple matched the sweet ice-cream a lot.
