On a sunny hot weekend morning, walking around causeway, when you want to find a chill cosy place to just sit and relax, this is where i thought of going. The Brunch Club.Haven't been here for quite a while actually. Been more into HK style cha chan tang breakfast recently. And this day Mr. C craved for English style breakfast. I know. I was greedy. I wanted avocado. But i also felt like some meat. Asked the waiter if Pork Sausage goes better or Chicken Breast. Pork Sausage was definitely the better choice.
The hot buttered toasted English muffins, a bit crispy on the outside, soft in the inside;
Avocado were nicely riped, thinly sliced, placed evenly on the muffins;
Eggs were poached perfectly with runny yolks; and
The hollandaise sauce. Perfect. Not too heavy not too salty. Just right.
And of course, the pork sausage goes nicely with the eggs benedict also.
The hashbrown was nicely fried, very cripsy. But i would say it's just a bit too cripsy. Making it feel like a bit too oily.

Not too sure why Mr. C ordered this. I've never tried this kind of Hash. I would think its super oily and rather heavy.
Anyways, i had to see what's in it! Diced hashbrown pieces, mixed with some ham together with some onion, served in a cast iron skillet. Covered in cheese and on top with a sunny side up egg plus a rather large piece of bacon!
Mr. C said it wasn't what he expected. But he digged in anyways!
The hashbrown was very cripsy. Its crunchy crunchy each bite you take in.
It's well flavoured as it has tomato paste in it.
Quite interesting, but it just looks super fattening and feels rather heavy...

I would say the eggs benedict was very nice, but the clubber's hash was just average.
But definitely, it's a good place to just sit and relax on a lazy weekend.
