Being part of the global citizen, my boyfriend and I decided to turn our support into action for Australia bushfire. So we went to Green Common for a meat-free dinner. We have tried the "impossible burger" before and we kind of know what the meat substitute taste like. But this time it's not quite what we expected. The "chicki" is a bit salty and taste like a thick and chewy-salty-tofu. The "beefless-beef", quite the contrary, taste better than we expected. Perhaps the satay soup compliment the "beefless-beef". The overall food quality is good but do not expect the texture would be the same as real meat.
