Cookie Vission is probably one of my favorite cookie places in town. I think they make really excellent cookies. Now they have branched out and jumped on the doughnut trend by making a sub division called Donut Vission. It's also located inside their Tai Hang shop.Everything is on display at their counter along with prices. It's in English only and there is no 10% service charge. The place is very small with a few dine in spots and the kitchen in the back.I decide to try out a doughnut and chos

I decide to try out a doughnut and chose the HK Style Milk Tea Donut ($45). It was definitely not pretty looking. A bit messy but oh wow. Was it ever delicious. A milk tea glaze, there was a crumble of nuts and a milk tea pastry cream. A small madeleine topped it all off.
The doughnut was soft and fluffy. Yeasty and good. I noticed they didn't puncture the bottom entirely so the whole thing could be generously stuffed with the cream. The cream was exceptionally good with a strong taste of milk tea and very smooth.
This was a really good doughnut. A bit messy but very very good. Will be back.
