入面有好多薯仔，令我諗起perogies。相對豬肉同雞肉，薯仔呢個就淡啲。點埋個汁就岩晒，雖然佢係香辣，但係唔會好辣架咋。

No wonder it is their signature. It was one of the best ‘dumplings’ I’ve had. SO JUICY where it keeps the meat inside moist. Though they may be a bit sticky because of the cooking method, you can easily pull them out with chopsticks without breaking the skin. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
▫️Pork MoMo (pan-fried)▫️with Peanut Sesame Sauce▫️
It’s so flavorful and I’m loving it! It’s not as juicy as the Chicken Momo, but don’t get me wrong, it’s not dry or oily at all, given that it was pan-fried. The filling is still moist and solid. Let it swim in the sauce to bring out extra flavour. You won’t regret it, rich but not greasy. Actually I like the peanut sauce more 😜
▫️VEG Spiced Potato MoMo▫️with Spicy Tomato Chutney▫️
It’s stuffed with potatoes which absolutely reminded me of perogies - one of my favourites! Tbh it isn’t as strong in flavour as the chicken and pork ones. But it’s still as good and btw the spicy isn’t spicy at all so don’t you worry about it 😉
