We been there already few times. The queue is way better than the other shop in IFC and it is not difficult to find a seat. The flagship burger (ShackBurger) is pretty delicious. The consistency of the patty and is doneness are perfect calibrate for my taste. The cheese, house sauce and the garnish find a perfect balance with the meat. The Shack-Cago dog is good as we’ll, not memorable as the burger, but a great taste with the right turn of chili flavour. The fries are not bad, but just ordinary

Honourable mention for the Lemonade one of the beast in town.
Waiting time is short (or probably we be lucky all time we were there), the restaurant is pretty clean with a nice crew.
Not to forget, if you have dogs 🐶 at home, you can purchase a Bag O’Bones containing three dog cookies! How Nice!
