Scichun food maybe one my my second favorite type of cuisine... I think I had probably explore most of the spicy restaurants in HK ! This newly open restaurant blown me by surprise..... the price is very reasonable, with the additional 20% off discount booking via openrice ! Braised pork belly with garlic sauce. The flavor was well balanced and in some restaurants these cold pork belly will have a fridge pork smell but this one was perfectly braised and it did not have any unwanted flavor !

Spicy and sour fish.
The portion was huge .... the soup was delicious. It was not too sour or spicy...I can just drink the entire pot of soup ! I love how they have potato noodles underneath!

Spicy beef, this was just amazing. It was 🌶 🌶 🌶 !!!! The beef was tender and I didn’t even order the more premium ones, just normal one was already very good ! I think this may be my new Sichuan place !
