It’s a public holiday and we just headed up to the Peak. It was a rare CLEAR sunny day in Hong Kong and no wonder every one was crowded at the Peak. We previously planned to have our lunch at the Peak Lookout, but without reservation, the earliest available table was at 2pm. I was definitely starving so we tried our luck at Cafe Deco. It was such a massive restaurant that it occupied 2 floors. We were very lucky to have the window seats which virtually showed us the stunning picturesque city vie
Kyoto Salmon and Scallop Burger, miso mayo, pickled daikon and tobiko salad $128 Tandoori Lamb Kebab Tortilla Wrap, raita sauce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, lettuce, cilantro $98 Grilled NZ beef rib-eye sandwich on Lebanese bread, caramelized onions, roma tomatoes and arugula $138 The food was not bad, especially the tandoori lamb kebab was really finger licking~ I could see many Chinese tourists were enjoying their buffet lunch there, of which the price was not cheap: adult HKD398 / kid HKD198 + 10% service charge. But the restaurant provided drink with fresh fruit in it, moverpick ice cream and lots seafood, everyone seemed to enjoy the food.
With such a gorgeous view, I think this is quite a nice place to dine, if without regarding the price.
