I have been to all of the four Shark's fin city restaurant in Hong Kong and the managers/ waiters know me by name. Whenever I have tea with my family and girl friend, I would go to Shark's Fin city because of the foods and services. I would say the one at New World Centre has the best service follow by Miramar's Shark Fin City. The service at Olympian City and Time Square are just so so.I order the following dishes whenever I have tea at Shark's Fin city. Absolutely tasty and not oily!雞湯煲仔翅蝦餃鮮蝦腐
