Just as I was having a headache thinking about where to go for my parents' anniversary dinner, several of my friends recommended Bisque. Told them I needed somewhere with quality food and a good ambience, somewhere a bit fancy maybe, and Bisque didn't fail me. Champagne always goes well with oysters. Oh Lord, these fresh little monsters I never get enough of...
Never much of a fan of baked oysters, but this surprisingly retains the taste and freshness of uncooked ones. Loved how the texture of the cheese comes together with the oyster itself.
We got the blue mussels, were alright. Could have been even better with thicker sauce (personal preference)
And then the bisque! One of the signature dishes here and it deserves to be. The smell of it was already very appealing. A mouthful of soup and actual lobster nom nom.
This is probs my fav of the night! Lobsters sliders here with chili garlic sauce. This is a must-do. The quite unexpected chili sensation in a burger (not too spicy tho) feeling hungry rn...
Woooooot main dish! Herb grilled lobsters. Loved the sides as well. The 4 of us were already quite filled up hahaha
Finishing it with a cake we got from RubuchonEnding our night on a very satisfying note. Thanks Bisque!
