After we have finished our shopping at Discovery Park Tsuen Wan, it was already dinner time and we planned to have dinner nearby before heading back home. We walked to the nearby mall, CDW Place, to see if there are any nice restaurants around. In the end, we decided on Shanghai Dumpling. Ginseng oolong tea - Once we were seated, they asked us to choose tea bag from a wooden tray. Ginseng oolong tea was fragrant, light taste with slight ginseng taste.

Devil's & Angel's steamed pork bun -  It came in 2 pieces each, cuttlefish skin with black garlic pork and pork filling in it and urchin bits on top.  Skin was smooth and the soup inside was hot and tasty, with strong garlic taste. Pork filling was juicy and chewy as well, with ginger slices provided to enhance the flavour. Another type is scallop skin with pork filling and caviar bits on top. Caviar bits and urchin bits were flavourful, helping to enhance the flavour as well.

Boneless smoked bass in sweet & sour sauce - It was a cold dish, and the skin of smoked bass was crispy, and when cooked in sweet and sour sauce, the fish meat was sweet and chewy, appetizing in taste.

Minced meat with secret herbs with sesame puff - Sesame puff was toasted till the skin was soft and crispy, going well with the minced meat, which was very juicy and chewy, spicy as well as it was mixed with herbs and red chilli etc.

Scallop fried rice with wind dried sausage - It was fried till very flavourful and chewy, with the rice not sticky at all. The chef was generous with the portion of scallop, which were chewy and smooth. Sausage helped to make the fried rice even more flavourful.

Glutinous rice ball in liquor soup - The soup was slightly thick and sticky in texture, sweet in taste. Glutinous rice ball was in black sesame flavour, which was smooth and sweet in taste, with strong sesame taste.
