To be a place for gathering, Dazzling is a good choice despite the fact that the dining time is limited to 90mins. We made a booking in advance and luckily it was not too busy so we could stay for like 2 and a half hours. The items on the menu, especially the desserts and drinks, are always pleasant to read. After reading the good comments on 明太子意大利麵, I decided to have a try. It was good as a normal standard that there are a lot of salmon roe and seaweed flakes on top, and the thickness of the sauce is just right to be hanged on the spaghetti.
