I finished work early today and decided to try something new . I arrived 6:10pm which was great as there’s still table available. No need to line up. When I asked the receptionist for table. She asked for my phone number. As I’m walk-in customer, there is no reason to collect my number so I refused . She then asked again that it is company policy to collect this information. That’s unacceptable. No op-out . No practical reason to collect this info given I’m walk in. So I decided to wal

She then asked again that it is company policy to collect this information. That’s unacceptable. No op-out . No practical reason to collect this info given I’m walk in. So I decided to walk away . I’m going to the personal privacy commissioner . It is unacceptable practice .
As I did not eat, I rated other categories average. Service is simply not acceptable.
