We were invited to this Japanese restaurant for a birthday celebration. Though we first thought a bit odd to have celebration in this type of cuisine, we later found it was a wonderful and appropriate venue and everyone was thrilled of the dishes which the chef had delicately designed for us.We had a private room and all eight of us were seated along the bar. We had a private room and all eight of us were seated along the bar. The seating was with a main purpose as they were proud of highlighting their different showmanship. During the course, three different chefs made impressive showmanship in tempura, A5 Wagyu beef sirloin and Alfonsino respectively. The former two chefs were from Japan and the sushi chef had over 35 years experience.
The most memorable dish is the A5 Wagyu beef sirloin which was incredibly juice and you got quite full with few bites. Even now, I still recalled the juicy feel in my palate and make me longing to visit this restaurant again.
A bit disappointing is the dessert which by contrast, was not par to the other dishes we experienced. If they could try a bit more effort in this last dish, that would make the dinner a complete delightful experience.
