The handmade Sourdough Burrata Pizza is a delicious and unique twist on the classic pizza. The cherry tomatoes burst with juicy flavour, adding a sweet, slightly acidic note. The balsamic vinaigrette drizzled over the top adds a touch of sweetness and acidity, balancing out the richness of the cheese and the savoury flavours of the crust and tomatoes.
Two 330ml draft beers came with the set meal, I had the Peach Ceylon IPA, perfect blend of fruity sweetness and hoppy bitterness, making it a refreshing choice for any beer lover. The aroma of fresh peaches combined with the earthy aroma of Ceylon tea makes for a truly unique drinking experience. The beer has a beautiful golden colour and a smooth, creamy texture, making it a delight to drink.
