I’ve to admit that I’m not a big fan of confectionaries. If it wasn’t my girl friend who insisted on giving those delicate macarons a try, I’d never know how lovely they are. The layer of the macarons was crispy. The espresso one was rich in flavor which retained the original taste of espresso.
The green apple one was our favourite. It was exceptionally refreshing, with a fruity taste lingering in your mouth. I don’t like confectionaries which are too sweet and their macarons are just right.
We also bought a few chocolate home and surprisingly the combination of plum and sea salt wasn’t odd at all. My girl friend adores the rose strawberry praline one. She said it was very fresh. We will definitely try their Chocarons next time.
