Went here again because I like the roujiamas.Tried a different noodle this time.The noodles are similar to wide strips of parpadelle pasta but the texture was rather hard and firm.The meat sauce on top was strong and full of fermented bean flavour.For the appetizer I had the garlic cucumber which was appetizing as it was drenched in a vinegary sauce.The beef roujiama was as good as before with a lovely cumn flavour and spicy kick but the beef was a bit tough this time.Finished with a soothing so
