I had lunch with my coworkers at Eaton Heen in Yau Ma Tei in the morning. Even after three or four visits, I still enjoy the atmosphere here. We mostly ordered dim sum this time, and I particularly enjoyed the delicacy called egg crumbs. It has a Hong Kong flavor and an intriguing name, but I'm not sure if I' ve ever had it. I initially thought it looked familiar after sampling it. It was excellent and crispy. I appeared to have consumed it.Eaton House in Eaton Hotel 🌟 After all, I was anticipating Eaton's products after they were awarded a single Michelin star for a number of years in a row. I tried it, and overall, I'm really disappointed: Suggested: Taro wedges, spring rolls, and rice rolls. Alright: Crisps made from golden papayas are average. Disappointing are siomai and shrimp dumplings wrapped in grilled pork. Although the ingredients are fresh, the artistry and flavor are mediocre. Except for the waiter putting away the lucky plates as quickly as they can, the service is essentially nonexistent. It is admirable that there is enough space and that the surroundings are pleasant, tidy, and comfortable. 💰Lunch snacks cost between $150 and $200 per person, but ordering side dishes is significantly more costly. 
Sliced ​​chicken special 
Barbecued pork with Mingluo honey glaze costs $298. The grilled pork has some simmering edges and is thickly cut. The flesh is tender and luscious. The grilled pork is acceptable in my opinion, however several of my friends in the same group feel that it is not fat enough. Two servings of Eaton's Sliced ​​Skin Chicken cost $698. It's the first time I've had it, as I normally eat sliced ​​duck. This chicken is diced and isn't overly oily. The skin is warm and silky, and the chicken is incredibly smooth. Cucumbers and green onions abound as well. It's unbelievable to me. A couple more meals later, I grabbed a lettuce-wrapped chicken bun. For my part, I believe.
