I'm a transplanted native NYC guy now in HK. For a few years now, there's been a bit of a hamburger Renaissance in HK. Great! But, TBH, many local burger joints get it wrong, usually by adding too much sauce to the burgers. Super friendly owners / staff, crazy reasonable prices across the board and the star of the show, the burgers, are all pretty damm good. Fresh, can be cooked to taste a bit [except for the thin smashed ones] and actually good buns.
Terrific pricing for draft beers. And a surprising standout are the wings. Nothing fancy with the wings, but they're crispy, delicious and totally juicy on the inside. Little pieces of magic.
Support this joint. It's a real gem IMO. Found it and inside of one week a went back 3 times.
